Akanmode, Olushola Ayodeji is an English Lecturer at the Directorate of University Wide Courses Unit and Mass Communication Department at Landmark University Omu-Aran, Kwara State, Nigeria. She obtained a B.A (Hons) in English at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria in 1995, a Masters degree in Literature in English (M.A) at the University of Ilorin in 2009 and currently running a Ph.D. programme in Literature in English also at the University of Ilorin. Her research interests include oral literature, gender issues, total theatre aesthetics, African prose and drama.
